Farm Fresh Gift Cards Online
Give someone special the food they love for less with a Farm Fresh Gift Card. Available in
$10, $25, $50 and $100 levels, Farm Fresh Gift Cards can be used for any items at all Farm Fresh
stores. Farm Fresh Gift Cards ship within 24 hours of your order. Standard shipping is free and
usually takes between 5 and 7 business days.
Rush delivery is available for an additional charge, please call 1-877-282-3663 Monday
thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time. Farm Fresh Gift cards are available at all Farm Fresh stores
for those times when the phone service is not open.
Farm Fresh Gift Cards Online
If you do not wish to order online, simply fill out the attached order form (please note there
is one form for gift certificate orders and another for gift card orders). You may either fax
your order with a major credit card (1-651-779-4772) or attach your check less your
discount and mail your order to:

For orders over $500.00 the Gift Certificate / Card Center will process your order the day it is received and ship UPS next business day delivery, 10:30 a.m.; signature required, at no charge to you. You do not need to even leave your home or office to place or receive your gift certificate or gift card orders.
